Couple of new riders in attendance this week, Brandon and Steve. Steve made a sweet fashion statement (see pic #5 below). Jimmy rode from home, second BTT ride ever. He should end his day with 70+ miles. He also is 2/2 with crashes on BTT rides. See the very last pic for the scar on the right arm healing from last week and the fresh road rash on his left arm nicely balancing out the carnage from today.

BTT 6/12/10
Good ride this morning despite AndyS being absent. Weather held up - not a drop of rain and Dearborn Don put together an interesting route up by the Packard plant.

BTT 6/5/10
A big group rode from home today. We had Don, AndyE, AndyS, Jason, Lee, JamesV and myself. Its time for participants in the Lumberjack race to do some BIG training miles (except for Wheeler who is trying a new technique, he was at home LOOKING at the bike he will race and posting about it). But who am I to judge, Wheeler did a good job kicking my butt last weekend at Poto. And of course there was Lee STILL sorting out his equipment - pedals not staying clipped in, computer dieing just after 60 miles as he attempts to put together a century ride today. I'll say a couple extra prayers for Lee come race day, I suspect his equipment is gonna need it ;) Was a fun ride with the gang...

BTT to Bloomer Park 5/29/10
Hit BTT bright and early on a beautiful, sunny holiday weekend. Inspiration struck and upon completion I headed north to cheer on the Precision MTB gang at Bloomer park in Rochester. The team had a BIG showing - I had a great ride. Special thanks to AndyS for the ride home. Roundtrip from there would have been pushing it - or perhaps I would be pushing the bike ;)
